EJSHS Online Catalog:
Access through the link below or through the EJSHS Library Link under Helpful Links in Moodle. To login, use EITHER your Student ID # or your computer login (i.e. lastfirs) and the password is eastland, unless you have changed it!
EJSHS eRead Illinois Library:
This digital library includes over 10,000 eBooks for EJSHS students to read on an electronic reader (including their school provided laptop). To download one of the e-books, select the eBook of your choice and download it in the epub format. To login to the eread website to checkout your selected book, your library id card # will be ejshs+your student id number. The first time you access this site, you will have to set up your account. Please use your school email address to set up your account. You can also look up and download these titles through the EJSHS Online Catalog If you have any questions please see Mrs. Paulsen in the Media Center.
Prairie Cat:
The Prairie Cat Catalog serves the Prairie Area Library System. If a resource does not appear in the EJSHS Catalog, search for the same material in Prairie Cat. If you find the resource within Prairie Cat, fill out a Materials Request Form and submit it to Mrs. Paulsen at the reference desk inside the Media Center.
EBSCO:
EBSCO is a database of magazines and newspapers along with online books for research, and this is available for all students.
* Reminder: EBSCO includes MLA citations within each resource!
